We Start with 600 pound Bales of Premium Grade American Polyester

The soft white stuffing inside of Big Plush giant stuffed animals starts off as huge bales of premium quality, brand new, virgin non-recycled polyester fiberfill, that weigh about 600 pounds per bale.

These machines help to create the two different components of the polyester stuffing blend: one type is more lightweight and fluffy; the other type is more heavy and dense.

Mixed in just the right proportion, using just the right technique, they come together to create the Big Plush blend of stuffing.

It's taken 10 years and thousands of of giant teddy bears, along with all the customer feedback that goes along with this, for Big Plush to arrive at the optimum blend of soft, pure white, American-made virgin polyester. Not too flimsy. Not too firm. Just soft, smooth, squeezable consistency which holds-up over time. That means lots of hugging, squeezing, snuggling and smiles.

After each bale is unwrapped, it is prepared to go through the process that expands and fluffs-up the polyester.

A two-part process is used to blend the stuffing that goes into Big Plush stuffed animals. The result is a stuffing that is both "fluffy" AND "heavy".

The polyester is made entirely in the USA. The raw polyester is then processed and blended in the USA as well.
