A fan that has changed little in decades, Hunter's 52-inch Classic Original ceiling fan (model 23852) is still ahead of its time — earning the EPA's Energy Star certification for energy efficiency. It has chestnut brown finish that is complemented by five furniture grade veneer blades that feature a 15-degree blade pitch, a 52-inch span, and reversible oak/walnut blades. You can also mix and match other Hunter blades to suit your decor. Hunter's patented anti-vibration technology featuring the unique triangular hanger ball system reduces torque for wobble free performance.

This three-speed ceiling fan is great in both summer and winter. Set the blade rotation to counter-clockwise during the summer to help you reduce energy use without losing comfort. In the winter, set the ceiling fan on low speed with a clockwise rotation to warm up your living space by mixing the warm air trapped at the ceiling with cooler air at the bottom of the room.
